Though they are now known as Sisters of Your Sunshine Vapor, the Detroit trio originally formed under the moniker SikSik Nation.
Their self-titled EP was recorded by "garage rock" icon Jim Diamond in 2006 but was never released before the band reformed as SOYSV. The recordings showcase the bands Detroit rock roots and elude to the experimental psychedelic sound the band would later become known for.
